of <strong>Professor Claudio De Simone (MD, FAGA)<\/strong>, who redefined the approach to gut health by introducing the use of high-concentration probiotic blends, now recognized in the guidelines of the American Gastroenterology Association (AGA) and the European Crohn\u2019s and Colitis Organization (ECCO).<\/p><p>Professor De Simone&#8217;s interest in the gut microbiota dates back to the <strong>1980s<\/strong>, when the crucial role of intestinal flora was just beginning to be understood.<\/p><p>He is an <strong>honorary member<\/strong> of the <strong>American College of
